Additions / Extensions

A ground floor addition is the most common and cost effective way to increase the area of your home. Be it a large addition, or simply a deck or outdoor area. We have completed all manner of additions from small projects, to adding several ground floor rooms and first floor additions whilst completely refurbishing existing areas. We are also able to complete simple bathroom and kitchen renovations, or simply give your home and facelift. We are often employed to carryout a “Pre-sale spruce up” to get a home ready for sale. We also have extensive experience at delivering outdoor landscaping and other features such as retaining walls, paths driveways, fences etc. We can also provide interior design services and even help you to re-furnish your new home. Restorations

Quite often a building project involves restoration of existing portions of a home. Whether is it required to observe heritage protection restrictions, or to simply restore a historic home to its original state. We enjoy the challenge of recreating or restoring homes of heritage significance and have appropriately experienced and qualified trades to do the job. Dorsal won the prestigious Wingecarribee Heritage Award in 2011 for “Best Restoration and Addition” of the historic “Bangala House” in Bowral.
